We stand behind Magvita. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date. To begin a return, contact our support team at support@magvita.com with your order number.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@magvita.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions.
- Once we receive your return (or confirm the qualifying conditions), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What's Eligible
- Unopened bottles returned within 30 days are eligible for a full refund.
- Opened or partially used bottles may be eligible for a refund at our discretion under our satisfaction guarantee. Contact support to discuss.
- Subscription orders: you may request a refund on your most recent shipment within 30 days. Past shipments are not eligible.
What's Not Covered
- Orders more than 30 days past delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or after expiration.
- Shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations apply to future shipments. If a shipment has already been processed, our standard refund policy applies.
