Most orders are prepared sooner, but during new product launches, promotions, or seasonal demand, this window helps us maintain the highest standards.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

We partner with reliable shipping carriers that prioritize safe and monitored delivery. Typical transit times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–12 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if available): Approximately 4–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: Approximately 10–20 business days

Times may vary slightly based on your region, customs clearance, or carrier volume, but most packages arrive earlier within the ranges above.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Delivery updates

  • Direct link for real-time tracking

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier’s scanning schedule.


4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at magvitashop@gmail.com.
We cannot alter addresses once an order has been shipped.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Verify the shipping address

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Email us at magvitashop@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate

While MAGVITA™ is not responsible for carrier errors or theft, we assist every customer case-by-case.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email photos to magvitashop@gmail.com within 48 hours

  • Include your order number and issue description
    We’ll work quickly to resolve it.


7. International Customs, Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter the processing stage.
Once an order is prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
