Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within a standard delivery window via our shipping partners. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions. Tracking information is shared within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • The Buy 3 Get 3 Free bundle ships free within the U.S.
  • Promotional free shipping offers will be reflected at checkout when applicable.

International Shipping

At this time, Magvita ships within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, please contact support@magvita.com.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@magvita.com and we'll work with you on next steps. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
