30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase

  • A return authorization must be requested before sending back any item

Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


Returns for Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide:

✅ A replacement item, or
✅ A refund, depending on your preference

Please include photos of the issue so our team can help quickly.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

We will provide return instructions and authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective items

  • MagVita™ covers return shipping for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error

Return labels are provided by email upon request.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@magvitashop.com.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or promotional bundle items (unless defective)


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
